The first meeting in Turkey took place from 01-05 March 2011.
Our students welcomed our partners with traditional Turkish dances and they performed in traditional clothes.
We had lunch in our teacher’s room.We had some Turkish traditional foods.
After this break,we visited the classrooms.Our students were very excited.
Our 1st and 4th class students played some outdoors games for our partners.
Students staged three scenes of the play ‘’The world is our playground’’ in Turkish and in English languages.After dinner we worked on the project.
Second day we went to Beypazarı,is famous for its carrots.We saw the old houses and entered a mosque.We had lunch in Traditional Beypazarı Restaurant.
We had dinner near the barrage.
Third day we walked around the school and Mihalıççık.Then we went to village Sorkun that is famous for its earthernwares.We had a chance too see how it is made.At night we went to small bar to have something for drinking.
Last day we went to Eskişehir.First we went to visit major.He received us at the city hall and welcomed our visitors from Spain and Poland.Then he organized us lunch in a restaurant called ‘ Panorama ‘.
We finished the day visiting the food markets and clothes shops.
Every second of the visit was unforgettable.
